This is the part where we do use tech and automation. You help us by building your ideal client profile, and we feed that information to our tech and it helps build a list of leads that meet that criteria. But it’s us, so of course we verify every person and email on that list to make sure we are reaching out to your ideal prospects who are most likely to agree to a meeting.

No, we don’t. As soon as a prospect says they are interested in meeting to learn more about your services, we immediately hand them off to your team. From there, you or your sales team can follow up to get the meeting scheduled.

For really large companies, and for agencies who really know what they are doing, this can be an effective strategy. But, there is enormous room for error. From putting the wrong first name, to the wrong company name in the email, or allowing awkward phrasing that screams “AI wrote this!”, sending your prospects mass-sent cold emails can damage your brand’s reputation. We take the care to send each email individually.
